We do not guarantee acceptance of any particular payment method.

8. SHIPPING

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Our standard shipping rates are:

  1. Orders up to $50: $5.99
  2. Orders over $50: Free standard shipping

9. SHIPPING DELAYS

We intend to ship orders within the timeframes stated on our website and must have a reasonable basis for the shipping time we advertise.

If we become unable to ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide notice and, where required, give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel the order for a refund. This reflects the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

10. ORDER CANCELLATION

You may request cancellation before your order has shipped.

To request cancellation, contact support@modahorizon.com as soon as possible with your order number.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled as an unshipped order, but you may request a return after delivery under our Refund & Return Policy.

11. RETURNS

Moda Horizon offers a 30-day return period.

We provide a prepaid return shipping label, and customers are not charged a return shipping fee for eligible returns under this policy.

12. REFUNDS

Once your returned product is received and approved, Moda Horizon will issue the applicable refund within 10 business days.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account after it has been issued.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, original website content, branding, graphics, text, logos, and materials are owned by or licensed to Moda Horizon.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without authorization except where permitted by law.
