This Cancellation Policy explains how to request cancellation of an order placed through modahorizon.com.

1. CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has shipped.

To request cancellation, contact support@modahorizon.com as soon as possible.

2. INFORMATION TO PROVIDE

Please include:

Your full name
Order number
Email address used to place the order
A clear statement that you want to cancel the order

This information helps us locate your order quickly.

3. CANCELLATION REQUESTS ARE TIME-SENSITIVE

Because orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed, contact us as soon as possible.

A cancellation request is considered successfully completed once we confirm that the order has been canceled.

4. ORDERS ALREADY SHIPPED

Once an order has shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel the shipment.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery under our 30-day Refund & Return Policy.

5. REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS

If an order is successfully canceled after payment has already been collected, the amount due will be refunded to the original payment method.

Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.

6. PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY

If we cannot fulfill an order because a product is unavailable, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

We will notify you using the contact details associated with your order.

7. SHIPPING DELAYS

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide notice and, where required by U.S. law, give you the opportunity to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund.

8. CHANGES TO ORDERS

If you need to change a shipping address, product, quantity, or other order detail, contact us immediately.

We will try to assist before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.
